Within the framework of the “Scientific and Technological Cooperation Protocol” signed between , a call for bilateral cooperation for 2022 was opened.
Applications for the Bosphorus 2509 program will be accepted between April 5, 2022 and June 6, 2022. Research projects will be supported within the scope of the call. Aforementioned call is open to all thematic areas. Project duration should not exceed 24 months.
Turkish/French scientists who want to propose a joint research project, are required to be agreed beforehand as project partners.
The electronic application system for the project partners in Turkey via TÜBİTAK (http://uidb-pbs.tubitak.gov.tr/) will be open until 6 June 2022, 23:59 at the latest.
The French project partners should get the project proposal form from Campus France. (https://www.campusfrance.org/fr/bosphore) and send it (filled) to the said organization by 6 June 2022. Unilateral applications are not accepted.
Within the scope of the call, by TÜBİTAK;
- Only travel, dissemination and scholarship expenses will be supported.
- Support upper limit is 350,000 TL.
- Project Incentive Bonus (PTİ) and Institution Share within the scope of the call will not be given.
In accordance with the aforementioned cooperation, the sending party pays the international travel expenses, and the accepting/hosting party will cover accommodation and living expenses. Below are the amounts to be paid to researchers benefiting from the TÜBİTAK-French Ministry of Foreign Affairs Bosphorus Protocol.
For French researchers coming to Turkey;
- 60 Euro/day to cover accommodation and food and beverage expenses
For Turkish researchers going to France:
- In proportion to the length of stay, EUR 110/day (including food and beverage, lodging and local transportation expenses)
