About the position
The Division of Infectious Diseases & Global Public Health in the Department of Medicine is committed to academic excellence within the faculty, staff, and student body. We invite applications for Project Scientist, Research Scientist, and Specialist positions at the Assistant, Associate, or Full rank. The successful candidates will be responsible for: • Leading and/or contributing innovative and significant efforts to the project(s) • Conducting studies and experiments • Providing on-site training and teaching to students • Participating in and/or presenting at scientific meetings • Analyzing and preparing presentations and reports summarizing data • Writing and/or contributing to scientific reports, manuscripts, and grant proposals for submission and/or publication. Appointment rank and level will be based on background and experience. Qualifications
Basic qualifications (required at time of application) Candidates must have an MD or equivalent, or a PhD or equivalent in synthetic organic chemistry or equivalent in a scientific field.
