Position Overview

The Online Department of Online Counselor Education at The College
of New Jersey (TCNJ) invites applications for a 10-month
Tenure-Track, Assistant Professor faculty position to join our
community starting in July 2026. Tenure-track faculty members must
be available for on-campus meetings commonly associated with

The successful candidate will serve as a core counselor education

associations, maintenance of certifications and/or licenses in
counseling, sustained professional development and service to the
profession), and service to the Department and the College.
Teaching responsibilities will include six courses over the

15-week sessions with two 7-week terms within each. All faculty are

experience outside of academically required experiences, and commit

Priority will be given to people with more extensive clinical
