Description

NYU Abu Dhabi , in
partnership with NYU Stern
, invites applications for a tenured or tenure-track position at
the rank of Associate or Full Professor in Management for the Stern
School of Business at NYU Abu Dhabi (Stern at NYUAD).

We are seeking proven research scholars in any core area of
management, including Strategy, Organizational Behavior, and
Organizational Theory. Candidates should have an established record
of publication in top-tier journals and should be positioned to
mentor junior faculty and serve as a senior research presence
within a growing department. Applicants without a substantial
record of publication in leading journals will not be
considered.

create the Stern School of Business at NYU Abu Dhabi (Stern at

Qualifications

This position requires:

• A Ph.D. degree in Management-related fields, including, but not

limited to, Psychology, Leadership, Organizational Behavior,
Organizational Theory, Economics, and Strategy

• A demonstrated record of publication in top-tier journals
• Demonstrated excellence in graduate or MBA-level

teaching.

• Evidence of, or clear potential for, mentoring junior faculty

and contributing to departmental research leadership.

Candidates without a top-tier publication record, or who are within
the first years of their first academic appointment, are asked not
