Koç University is seeking a visionary academic leader to serve as the next Dean of the College of Administrative Sciences and Economics (CASE). The College holds the Triple Crown accreditation (AACSB, AMBA, EQUIS) alongside the BSIS designation and combines executive excellence with the intellectual depth of a comprehensive research university.

The successful candidate will hold a Ph.D. in Business Administration, Economics, International Relations, or a closely related discipline, with a distinguished record of scholarly achievement, international recognition, and research impact commensurate with appointment at the rank of Full Professor. Demonstrated administrative leadership experience in a research-intensive academic institution or business school is preferred. The candidate should bring an open and transparent leadership style that inspires excellence, supports shared governance, and advances a globally engaged academic community. Due to national regulations, Turkish citizenship is required for the position.
