## Job description The University of Stavanger invites applicants for two positions as Associate Professor in Paramedicine/Prehospital Criticl Care at the Faculty of Health Sciences, Department of Quality and Health Technology. The positions are open for appointment from autumn 2026. The persons appointed will primarily teach and supervise students at bachelor's, master's and doctoral levels within the subject area, conduct research and disseminate research results within relevant research areas at the department, and contribute to the development of collaboration with work life. The positions also include developing digital and diverse learning methods in teaching, innovation and value creation based on results from research and academic development work. The positions are primarily affiliated with the Bachelor's Programme in Paramedicine and the Master's Programme in Prehospital Critical Care. The appointed candidates will be expected to undertake teaching responsibilities in both Norwegian and English. Furthermore, they are expected to contribute across the study programmes in accordance with their respective areas of academic expertise.
