Job Opening for Fixed-Term Position (Professor, Associate Professor, or Lecturer) at Research Center for Computing and Multimedia Studies

Following the expiration of the term of a full-time member, the Research Center for Computing and Multimedia Studies invites applications for one position at the rank of term-appointed Lecturer, Associate Professor, or Professor.
(Term of office: 3 years. The contract may be extended up to a maximum of 5 years in total if deemed particularly necessary by the Research Center.)

Work content and job description

(1) Research and development of educational support systems utilizing ICT, data science, AI, etc.
(2) Design, construction, management, operation, and user support of the Research Center's system infrastructure.
(3) Contribution to domestic and international academic societies, research and development institutions, and communities.
(4) Teaching classes and performing other institutional/university administrative duties.
(No change in scope of duties)

Work experience
Upon appointment, it is highly desirable that the candidate meets at least one of the following criteria.
(1) Possess development skills and research capabilities in educational support systems and university-wide information systems utilizing ICT, data science, AI, etc.
(2) Possess capabilities in planning, designing, and managing system infrastructure to support research in the field of computational science.
(3) Have a proven track record of teaching (educational experience) in the field of computational science.
