About the position
Job Responsibilities
- Teach and assess at least 3 courses in the following core subjects:
- Data Analytics & Machine Learning
- Deep Learning for Large Language Models
- Programming (OOP with Python)
- Deep Learning
- Fundament of AI
- Develop course materials and curricula aligned with international standards and industry AI/ML practices.
- Engage in applied research and publish in peer-reviewed journals.
- Collaborate with industry partners for consulting projects and practical student training in real-world AI/ML development environments.
- Mentor students in AI competitions (Kaggle, AI challenges) and research initiatives.
Job Qualifications
- Master's degree or above in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Statistics, or closely related field.
- Strong expertise in data analytics and machine learning.
- Strong foundation in mathematics for machine learning.
- Ability to work effectively in an international and multicultural environment.
- Excellent communication skills in English; Chinese language skills are a plus Industry experience preferred.
- English is required (B2 or above); German is desirable.
Expected Onboarding Time
- Spring Semester 2027 (February 2027)
