Background of the recruitment and description of the project We are seeking part-time lecturers to teach English oral communication and English composition classes at Kobe City University of Foreign Studies Work content and job description Kobe City University of Foreign Studies is seeking applications for part-time lecturers who can teach the courses listed below and undertake related duties, including administering and grading examinations and responding to student inquiries regarding grades [Course to Be Taught] Composition for English Majors, Oral Communication for English Majors, Integrated Skills in English for Non-English Majors, etc. 2027 Academic Year 1st period (8:50~10:20), 2nd period (10:30~12:00) or 6th period (17:50~19:20), 7th (19:30~21:00) [Term of Contract] 2027/4/1~2028/3/31 Work experience Applicants must have at least one year of experience teaching English at a higher education institution in Japan, such as a graduate school, university, or junior college. Official qualification in specific field, etc. 1) Applicants must have at least two books (including textbooks) and/or peer-reviewed academic papers (MA thesis and Doctoral dissertation are included) published or made publicly available within the past ten years. Co-authored works are acceptable. 2) Applicants must have near-native proficiency in English.
