Applications are invited for a postdoctoral position in symplectic geometry, dynamics, or related areas at the Institute of Mathematics of the École polytechnique fédérale de Lausanne (EPFL), working with Oliver Edtmair.
Main duties and responsibilities
Conduct independent and collaborative research.
Participate in the scientific activities of the group and the Institute of Mathematics.
Assist with teaching and student supervision.
Profile
A PhD in mathematics, completed by the starting date.
A strong research record relative to career stage and potential for outstanding research in symplectic geometry, dynamics, or related areas.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
Excellent written and spoken English.
