Background of the recruitment and description of the project The Intelligent Information Systems Course, Department of Science and Engineering, Faculty of Science and Engineering, seeks a faculty member to teach subjects related to quantum software and fundamental AI technologies. The successful candidate will also be expected to conduct education and research on these technologies, their applications, and related fields in the Intelligent Information Systems Course, Graduate School of Science and Engineering. Work content and job description **Undergraduate Program:** Introduction to Science and Engineering for the Software Pathway; Scientific and Technical English for Information Science; Specialized Laboratory Experiments in Informatics; Special Topics in Informatics; Introduction to Science and Engineering; Signal Processing; Mathematical Information Science; Linear Algebra B; Graduation Research **Master’s Program:** A new course related to quantum computing or fundamental AI technologies; Special Training; Special Research **Doctoral Program:** Advanced Computer Science; Special Seminar in Intelligent Information Engineering; Special Research in Intelligent Information Engineering I, II, and III Professor level Annual Salary : 8 million yen ~ 10 million yen Associate Professor Annual Salary : 7 million yen ~ 9 million yen Lecturer level Annual Salary : 6 million yen ~ 8 million yen Professor level Tenured - Non-tenure track Associate Professor Tenured - Non-tenure track Lecturer level Nontenured - Tenure-track Various systems Retirement age : A mandatory retirement system applies.
