About the position
The Graduate School of Information Science and Technology at the University of Osaka is currently accepting applications for Professor positions in the field of mathematics within the Department of Pure and Applied Mathematics. The department is located at the Graduate School of Information Science and Technology on the Suita campus, while most of the courses will be held at the Toyonaka campus.
Work content and job description
[Specialized Field] Mathematics (all fields are acceptable)
(1) Research in the above specialized field
(2) Supervising research at the Graduate School of Information Science and Technology
(3) Teaching mathematics-related courses at both the Graduate School of Information Science and Technology, and the Graduate School of Science
(4) Teaching other mathematics-related courses for which the Faculty of Science is responsible, including liberal arts and research education for undergraduate students
(5) Performing administrative duties related to the department
Work experience
