Postdoctoral Researcher and Research Scientist
In the AMED Project for Promotion of Cancer Research and Therapeutic Evolution, the researcher is expected to develop radioisotope (RI) production and utilization techniques and conduct RI application research using the heavy-ion accelerators at the RIKEN RI Beam Factory (RIBF). The researcher is also expected to perform RI production and distribution, and maintenance and management of experimental facilities such as RI production equipment and hot laboratories.
Technical Staff I
In the AMED Project for Promotion of Cancer Research and Therapeutic Evolution, the technical staff is expected to perform research supports such as production, quality evaluation, and distribution of RIs using the heavy ion accelerators at RIBF. The staff is also expected to maintain experimental facilities, manage RIs and chemicals, and provide experimental supports to collaborating researchers.
The job description may be changed during the contract period or upon contract renewal to the extent described above.

Pay increase system :
Salary will be an annual salary based on experience, ability, and performance, and will consist of a base salary and a variable salary. The variable salary will be determined each fiscal year based on experience, ability, and performance.
Supplementary explanation of compensation
RIKEN has a telecommuting system, but this position requires attendance at the work location. Therefore, the telecommuting system is not available for this position, in principle.
