We are looking for an experienced IC design researcher who can participate actively in the innovation and design of advanced RF/mmw and high speed (Gs/s) integrated circuits in the most advanced CMOS and IIIV technologies.
What you will do
We are looking for an experienced IC design researcher who can participate actively in the innovation and design of advanced RF/mm-wave and high speed (Gs/s) integrated circuits in the most advanced CMOS and IIIV technologies.
Your key responsibilities will be:
Research and design of innovative high-speed, low-power RF and analog/mixed-signal integrated circuits in advanced CMOS and IIIV technologies.
Drive the bottom-up evolution of these integrated circuits considering the evolution of scaling.
Together with the team, bring new ideas and new technical innovations based on your solid technical experience.
Take part in technical interactions with external partners and towards new prospects.
Publish your state-of-the-art research results in international conferences or journals.
Who you are
You have a PhD degree in the domain of high-speed analog/mixed-signal and RF/mm-wave IC design or equivalent through experience.
You have solid design experience, and you have designed in advanced CMOS technologies (28nm, 16nmFF, 5nm).
You have experience designing in IIIV technologies.
You have a profound understanding of transistor-level circuits.
Experience in state-of-the-art high-speed analog/RF circuit design is a strong plus.
You are familiar with the various steps and tools in the design and layout of high performant analog and mixed signal circuits
You have solid understanding of solid-state devices, analog/RF circuits, up to the system architecture.
You have a broad interest in circuit design and are willing to contribute to multiple high speed analog circuit research domains
You can work independently yet in close collaboration with experts from other technical fields.
You have excellent reporting skills and can present technical results and choices clearly and concisely.
You can easily integrate into an international team.
