Position Description The Economics Department at Duke University, in Durham, North Carolina Tenure-Track at the Assistant or Associate Professor Level. The Economics Department at Duke University, in Durham, North Carolina, seeks applicants for tenure-track positions at the assistant or associate professor level. The successful candidate will be expected to maintain an outstanding, independent research program; teach and mentor students at the undergraduate and graduate levels; and contribute to the department’s intellectual community and service mission. The positions' start date is July 1, 2027. Candidates in the final phases of their PhD training as well as candidates already holding positions at other universities will be considered.
