Miguel Servet Researcher Position

IRBLleida is seeking outstanding researchers interested in developing an independent career in biomedical research and applying for a Miguel Servet researcher position under the 2027 call of the Instituto de Salud Carlos III (ISCIII) within the AES program.

The selected candidate will be prioritized through IRBLleida’s internal selection process to apply for a Miguel Servet position in the 2027 AES call. This opportunity is aimed at researchers with a strong scientific track record and the potential to establish an independent research program, lead innovative research projects, and contribute to the scientific development of the institute.

As part of the internal prioritization process, candidates will be assessed based on their research trajectory, scientific achievements, leadership potential, and the added value of their proposed research to IRBLleida. Particular consideration will be given to their potential to establish new collaborations, bring complementary expertise and methodologies, develop new research opportunities, and strengthen the institute’s research capacity.

The successful candidate will join IRBLleida’s multidisciplinary research environment and receive institutional support in preparing their Miguel Servet proposal, in accordance with the eligibility criteria and conditions established in the official 2027 AES call.
